Basic rules for EditPic accounts, images, AI tools and paid services.

These terms cover EditPic at editpic.cc. You must be able to agree to them or have any legally required permission from a parent or guardian. Contact [email protected] with questions.
EditPic provides browser-based image editing and AI tools. Basic editing is free. AI features require an account and credits, obtained through purchases or eligible promotions. Available features and limits are shown in the service.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in access and report unauthorized use promptly. EditPic is an independent service; some features use third-party models and providers.
You keep the rights you have in images, prompts and other content, and must have the permissions needed to process them. You authorize us only to process, transmit, store and deliver content to provide requested services, not to publicly redistribute it, use it in advertising or train our own models.
Use of your work remains subject to your existing rights, third-party rights and relevant model licenses. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are exclusive, eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights.
Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy, create unlawful or abusive content, commit fraud or unlawful impersonation, distribute malware, or bypass account, credit or security controls. Process only images, watermarks and likenesses you are entitled to use. We may refuse processing or restrict abusive accounts.
AI may change details, produce artifacts or generate inaccurate text. Review results before publication, printing, commercial use or submission to an authority. ID-photo tools do not guarantee acceptance by an issuing authority.
Prices, included credits and renewal periods are shown when purchasing. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically; subscriptions renew until canceled. Current purchased one-time credits last 12 months. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period without rollover. Credits are not cash or transferable balances.
AI tasks use credits as shown before submission, with corresponding credits returned for failures. Downloading an existing result again costs no credits. Cancellation stops future renewal. Cash refunds and result disputes follow our Refund Policy.
Download important work. Image history provides access and deletion, not guaranteed permanent backup. Browser-stored edits can be lost when site data is cleared or a device is unavailable.
Cancel automatic renewal and wait for AI tasks to settle before deleting your account. Deletion cleans account data and cloud history images, without automatically refunding payments. Necessary retained evidence and other data handling are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Maintenance, networks, third-party services and technical errors may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular AI results or recovery of unsaved content. We may change or restrict services for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
These provisions do not exclude or limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
