1. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Account information, such as your name, email, profile image, sign-in and session details.
• Editing and generation information, such as uploaded images, instructions, AI results and image history.
• Purchase information, such as orders, payment and subscription status, credits and usage records.
• Technical and security information, such as device and browser details, IP addresses, logs and anti-abuse records.
• Information you provide when contacting support.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide editing, AI processing, history, account and purchase features, respond to support requests, maintain security and prevent abuse. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing relies on providing services, legal obligations, legitimate security and operational interests, or your consent.

Basic editing runs in your browser without uploading images for those edits. AI tools send images and necessary instructions to our servers and AI providers. Successful results are saved to your account's image history.

3. Providers and sharing

We share necessary information with providers supporting sign-in, payments, AI processing, storage, email, security and analytics. Providers may process data in other countries and have their own retention arrangements.

You keep the rights you have in your images. Permission to provide the service does not authorize us to publicly redistribute them, use them in advertising or train our own models. Third-party model processing follows the relevant provider arrangements. See our Cookie Policy for cookies and browser storage.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed for services, support, security and billing checks. You can delete work from image history, which is not a permanent backup guarantee. Browser copies and copies held by third-party providers must be handled separately.

Before deleting your account, cancel automatic renewal and wait for AI tasks to settle. Deletion cleans cloud history images and account data. Failed cleanup can be retried; removed content cannot be restored. Deletion does not automatically refund payments or clear browser copies.

Necessary order and credit-usage evidence is set to expire 6 months after deletion for refunds and disputes. It excludes images, prompts, names and emails. References needed for unfinished file cleanup remain until cleanup succeeds. Minimum account-identifier hashes and promotional-credit claim records remain separately after deletion, without automatic expiry, to prevent repeated claims.

5. Your choices and rights

Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email support to make a request; we may need to verify account ownership.

Registration adds your email to product-email subscriptions. Unsubscribe in notification settings or contact support. Essential account and payment notices are unaffected.

6. Security, children and updates

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. EditPic is not specifically directed at children. Parents or guardians can contact us with privacy concerns.

We update this page and its date when practices change, and provide notice or seek consent where applicable law requires it.
